Complete on-line Driver Education Or classroom Driver Education (contact Local Driving School). Pass DMV written test (sample test).                         Checklist     Select Driver Training Package (packages)   NOTE: Student driving permit is not valid until completion of first driving session. Complete minimum of 6 hours behind-the-wheel training with Local Driving School.   NOTE: Local Driving School believes that additional BTW training is beneficial. Receive Certificate of Completion. Complete 50 hours of driving with parent/guardian (see Parent Saver Package).                         Checklist     Contact DMV or Local Driving School to schedule driving test. Provide DMV with valid car registration, proof of insurance and Certificate of Completion. Successfully pass driving test.
