Druh has been driving for over 30 years. Her goal as an instructor is to have the student learn the theoretical and practical aspects of driving. Druh encourages the student to be alert and aware of their surroundings at the same time have a good eye, hand, and foot coordination. She also inspires the student to enjoy driving by being calm and patient. Druh enjoys playing the ukulele, listening to music, and doing art during her free time.

I passed my California behind-the-wheel driving test at El Cerrito DMV on my first attempt, with 6 minor mistakes, on the day my permit expired (2/4).
I am a very anxious driver and honestly expected to fail. However, Stephen, Sean, and Druh were incredibly calm, patient, and clear. They focused on exactly what I needed to do in the moment, which helped me stay relaxed and focused instead of panicking.
Originally, I had planned to take my test at Vallejo DMV, but based on Druh’s advice that El Cerrito is generally easier, I switched locations. During my third lesson, Druh also ran a mock driving test at El Cerrito, and the route was very similar to the actual exam, which helped me a lot on test day.
Thanks to their guidance, I passed on my first attempt when I truly thought I wouldn’t. I highly recommend this school, especially for nervous drivers or those on a tight timeline.
