I had a fantastic experience with instructor Steve V! I’m in my mid-50s, and had never driven before, so I was pretty nervous. Steve was incredibly calm and low-key, while also making sure that I got plenty of practice in all the maneuvers I’d need to do for my test (which I passed). Now — amazingly, to most everyone who knows me — I’m driving, and my teenage son is going to take driving lessons from Steve this summer. Highly recommended!!
I learned SO much and it was definitely a confidence boost for my test. I HIGHLY recommend STEVE!! I feel confident in taking my test and was able to discover what taking the driving test was like. So if you sign up here ask for STEVE! He’s the MVP.
Pretty flexible in setting up appointments and sending reminders. Ricardo and Steve were very thorough in teaching you how to pass the test, at the same time teaching you how to drive safely.
Ok so starting with the appointment scheduling. I scheduled my appointment over the phone with Aliza and she was amazing! Very polite, very accommodating and friendly. When I got my confirmation email I noticed there was a little mistake on my address so I called the next day to get it fixed; a lady named Michelle answered the phone and unlike Aliza she wasn’t polite or patient, she was rude and even raised her voice over the phone. I almost felt like cancelling my appointments because of this so I thought I would just write this review so the person in charge can either retrain her or coach her on her customer service skills.
Now moving on to the lessons, I had my first lesson today with Steve and he was just as good as Aliza. He was polite and made me feel comfortable with the car. He is friendly and he definitely knows what he is doing. If you’re a person with no driving experience like me I would recommend requesting Steve he was awesome. I’m rating this school 5 stars because I had never been so comfortable in a car before as I was today with Steve. So if there’s any parents looking for an affordable driving school with good driving instructors I would recommend this school and requesting Steve as the instructor.
